Full-week package includes admittance to all conferences, formal poster viewing, all conference material, all coffee breaks
and lunches (Monday-Friday), ice-breaker ceremony (Monday), Guided tour of Toulouse (Wednesday), Gala dinner (Wednesday) and transport tickets from/to city centre.
Optional social event package (e.g. spouses) includes admission to Ice-breaker ceremony (Monday), Guided tour of Toulouse (Wednesday) and Gala dinner (Wednesday).

Cancellations received in writing at the conference office 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund less 50 euros cancellation fee. Cancellations
received after this date will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing to cic-toulouse@meteo.fr.
A confirmation will be sent in a few days to your email address upon confirmation of your payment.

Registration will only be effective upon full payment of registration fees. Online registrations must be paid by VISA or
