Registration is validated only when registration fees are payed.
Payment is only possible via a VAD system with a credit card. It is not possible to make a bank transfert.
The rate applied is that in force on the day of the banking transaction.
Full-week package includes admittance to all conferences, formal poster viewing, all conference material, all coffee breaks (Monday-Friday), all lunches (Monday-Friday),
ice-breaker ceremony (Monday late afternoon), conference dinner (Tuesday evening) and social event (wine tasting or guided tour of Toulouse on Thursday late afternoon).
Once paid, the registration fees can not be reimbursed.
