Registration
Registration is validated only when registration fees are payed. Payment is only possible via a VAD system with a credit card. It is not possible to make a bank transfert.
Full-week package includes admittance to all conferences, formal poster viewing, all conference material, all coffee breaks (Monday-Friday), all lunches (Monday-Friday),
ice-breaker ceremony (Monday evening) and conference dinner (Thursday evening).
Once paid, the registration fees can not be reimbursed.
