This audiovisual communication service was registered with the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris on 22nd March 1999 under the reference n° 99/0173

I - DISCHARGE FROM LIABILITY

METEO-FRANCE may not under any circumstances be held liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever which may result from the impossibility to use or access the service or from a loss of income resulting from information available on the server, regardless of the origin of the damage.

METEO-FRANCE may not under any circumstances be held liable for any damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from the interpretation and/or utilisation of meteorological information available on this server.

II MENTION OF RIGHTS

All the texts and graphic elements on this site, including their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of METEO-FRANCE. They are considered to be works and, as such, are protected by national laws throughout the world and by international treaties..

METEO-FRANCE and the METEO FRANCE logo are protected under the trademark laws.

II - USER LICENCE

By accessing this site or one of its components, you accept the licence granted by METEO-FRANCE under the conditions set out below.

Article 1

The sole rights granted by this licence are as follows:

- the right to private, individual, personal, non-transferrable use of the content of the site or of one of its components;

- the right to reproduction for storage reasons for the purpose of display on a single screen, and reproduction of one copy only, as a back-up or to produce a hard copy.

Article 2
Any presentation and/or reproduction, even partial, of the content of this site and/or one of its components is expressly prohibited, and in particular:

- for commercial purposes

- the use of any of the site components in a computer network environment

- through the establishment of links. In particular, the presentation of a page of this site in a context not owned by METEO-FRANCE or the insertion of an image owned by METEO-FRANCE in a page not owned by METEO-FRANCE, is prohibited.

- the repeated, systematic extraction of components from the site, whether protected or not, which may be detrimental to METEO-FRANCE in any way whatsoever.

The following, however, are authorised:

- the reproduction and presentation of meteorological or satellite maps for teaching or research purposes,

- the establishment of links to any pages on the Météo-France site under the following cumulative conditions:

- that all the information contained in the presentation of Météo-France (linked page), including navigation and advertising banners if applicable, is present (and active) in the presentation made by the partner (either a pop up - our recommendation - or a frame inside a partner or other page)

- that a complementary link be established from the partner site to http://www.meteo.fr via the Météo-France logo, the reproduction and presentation of which is authorised by Météo-France for this purpose only.
