Daily SATOB monitoring

Plots show, for each observation time H ([H-3h00,H+3h00[ for long cut-off
analysis), the daily evolution of SATOB wind speed monitoring statistics
for each geostationary satellite (HIMAWARI, GOES, METEOSAT series) and
each polar orbiting satellite (NOAA series, JPSS series and METOP B and C
and also dual-METOP)
Statistics are calculated separatly for each channel or subcategory of channel
visible, water-vapor and infra-red).
On these graphs are plotted :
