Bondo has grazed the northern of Madagascar yesterday evening,
tracking on a southwest track (regular in intensity, but with
variable speeds) wich maintain it near malagasu coasts. The eyewall
has transited at near 30 kilometers of Nosy-Be at 09Z, but the
island seems to have escaped to the cyclonic conditions, what
confirm that the system is very compact, with cyclonic winds (more
than 63kt) and very heavy rains located in the eyewall; within 20NM
radius from the center.
The system should make landfall near Mahajanga within the next 24
to 36 hours.
For further informations, see warning nr 028/03 and followings.

and scattered curved band. According to satellite animation, the
beginning of a clockwise circulation exist in low level, without
well defined centre. The MSLP is estimated at 1006 hPa.
Several
NWP models forecast a new cyclogenesis at medium range in
this area.
